Safety
Safety is always top priority at Micon. We feel a strong duty to protect our employees by being proactive and engaging our team in a culture of job site safety. To ensure we live up to this duty, we complete pre-employment and random drug screenings, pre-employment safety training, and weekly training on topics from our safety manual. We are registered and an active member in ISN Networld for our industrial clients. A safe job site means always working to locate weak points and improve our practices through analysis and training.
